Hi there, and welcome to Aggieland Aesthetics MedSpa. I’m Heather Cash!
While many estheticians and medical spas focus on monthly treatments, my personal philosophy is that the every day routine is what makes the difference. Your first appointment is treated as a skincare lesson—we will do a thorough analysis of your skin and I will walk you through each step in the session as they are all things you should routinely do at home.
This initial meeting also serves as a way for me to prep your skin for any deeper treatments that we may consider in the future. Many corrective options such as microneedling, fibroblasting, and medical grade chemical peels should only be performed on skin that has been prepped and treated appropriately, which is why a new client consultation and facial will always be the first appointment any clients book with me.
By the end of your consultation I will also build you a customized homecare regimen comprised of tried and true professional skincare lines that I use every day.
My personal journey in skincare began over ten years ago, and in that time, I have created a business and spa founded on my passion of helping others achieve the skin of their dreams.
I am a purely results driven person, constantly pushing myself to help my clients in any way possible. I personally derive the most joy when my clients are happy and fulfilled, which makes me go above and beyond for them.
I regularly continue my education through courses, classes, and conferences in order to keep up with industry development and be able to offer the best products and services.

Dr. Smith
Medical Director
Dr. Smith is our medical director and offers services once a month in spa! His services include: Dysport, Lip Flips, Facial Filler, Bellafill Semi-Permanent Filler, Kybella, Sculptra, Phentermine and Semaglutide with Wegovy.
His home location is in Waco Texas and is an award winning Skinceuticals Advanced Medical Aesthetic Center (1 of 62 worldwide). Dr. Smith has been ranked among the top 1% of US injectors for semi-permanent fillers 4 years in a row and a top 100 Galderma injector.

Sherrie Easley
Spa Manager
Sherrie is our spa manager, so she’s behind the scenes of every little thing we do and she’s our problem solving expert. She has over twenty years of experience in real estate and leadership roles. Residing in Bryan-College Station for over twenty years, Sherrie is dog mom to her two black Labrador retrievers, Tuck and Bowen.

Brenda is one of our resident estheticians in the spa with over two years of experience in the industry! She loves to travel, spend time with her family & friends, and she always ensures that everyone leaves the spa in high spirits with a smile on their face.

Addison Hinson
Client Coordinator
Addison is also one of the first faces you’ll see in the spa, depending on the time of your appointment! As our client coordinator, she’ll handle any questions, bookings, and purchases for you! Raised in Lufkin, Addison is a dog mom to her weenie dog Bear, and is currently in school at Texas A&M studying health with a concentration in hospital management.

Originally from east Texas, Makena is currently studying communications at Texas A&M University. Outside of the classroom and spa, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones.

Ashley was previously one of our fantastic Client Coordinator’s and has now transitioned into her role as our video content creator. All of our in-spa reels and TikTok’s you see come from her! Raised in The Woodlands, Ashley is a dog mom to her black Labrador retriever, Charlie, and is currently in school studying business management.
